i was playing COD online, and i got some disc error, i opened the tray and the CD was all scratched all this time i thought that loud noise was just the 360 not my disc spinning on the tray. Time to bust out the toothpaste.

nah im serious, you get regular toothpaste, not the gel kind.. just the regular kind.. no mint either. squeeze some on the disc, rub it all around.. let it sit for 5 minutes, watch it out.. dry it off with a towel and it should work.

Tried it before but the disc I tried it on was not coming back no way so I dont know if it works or not. Hope I never need to.

lol shitty... i no once my shit fucks up ( my xbox 360 shit ie. thats how my gears of war got fucked up only two days after gettin it...my lil sister fell of the bed n kicked the x box n it was hella tilted leaned up against a shoe box n all you can hear was this loud ass noise comin from the 360....that shit left a perfect cicle around the game

nah, it would be loading and id hear the buffer noise that is normal.. but out the cuts i woudl hear the disc spinning on the tray and im like fuck that cant be good, i ignored it for a while up until i got this disc error yesterday i pulled out the game to clean it.. flipped it over and there was 2 perfect circle scratches around the disc.. one close to the center and the other on the outer part. I havent even tried to play it since then, dont wanna scratch it up even more.
