WTF @ "official oppression", basically being charged for "mistreatment".

How the fuck are these pigs pleading not guilty with fucking video evidence against them?? Theyll get off easy like the assholes in the rodney king case and that shit was all over the tv back then. Its all political and I hate it.

they were all fired and are facing a separate trial for assault

also 3 other people not shown in the video got fired because of how this was handled

with the bullshit technicalities of law, hopefully the video being released prior to the trial doesn't end up helping the defense come trial time

either way theyll get a slap in the wrist and serve minimal if any jail time

i wonder if it was discovered that cops were part of a dog fighting ring, if then people would be outraged and cops would actually serve more than a year in prison

a few days ago in elk grove the cops shot a guy in the face with an AR-15 while he was handcuffed in the backseat.

I hope you're joking.

There are so many cases of police brutality it makes me sick.
I'm not pro-criminals but cops are trained to use only the needed force to apprehend the suspect. It may be asking a lot of someone to not let them get their emotions involved, but if thats a problem for them, find another fucking job.

They are talking about a fair trial... I'm pretty sure no jury said, "Guilty, now police, hand cuff him and beat the fuck out of him."

"All suspects are innocent until proven guilty."
That might not mean shit to you, but that's all we got.

To me, that is battery and those officers need to do time. Fuck no priors, fuck their service. Send those bitch ass cops to maximum security in gen pop.
