Dana Dane, your posts have justifiable permission to use PSA (Public Service Announcement) when sharing with the community the nutrition and and health benefits of
preparing food at home. Just maybe, a few will be impacted and start preparing home meals that would give the quality that would cost high dollar to dine out, for the price of the normal fast food malnutrition Americans all too often get stuck eating out of routine.

damn are yall living off of top ramen or something? because that food dont look THAT badass. lol
Some common things I don't eat are Clam, crab, lobster, mussel, oyster, and shrimp, pork, mushrooms, Duck, goose, and swan.

So as in the food posted, even though I don't eat shrimp, I give credit to Dana Dane for planting seeds in the minds here to get people thinking about preparing their own meals as getting people free from their fast food only diet
would be a great step in the right direction.
