Anyone know what happened? Every enterence was blocked and police was everywhere.. I haven't heard anything on the news yet. This was around 2:30pm.

FREMONT, Calif. -- Police evacuated a popular East Bay mall Sunday after they received a report of a man with a gun who might be inside the mall, NBC11 reported.

The incident happened at The Fremont Hub Shopping Center in Freemont.

Officers made contact with the allegedly armed man via telephone and later took him into custody, NBC11 reported.

It was unclear if the man actually had a gun, NBC11 reported.

The mall reopened Sunday afternoon.

^^ Yea, I seen someone get rear ended on Mowry. Everyone was fleeing from the Hub and there were tons of traffic and cops everywhere. Must've sucked to be in an accident with all that traffic around you.

naaa actually it was just the cars sittin there and it was no traffic at all,i think it happened right when my bus pulled up cuz i was listenin to my ipod and i noticed that every1 turned they head hella qucik like oooooooooohh
