That's the plan! Try to grind this 7k extra money into as much as possible so when the bitcoin regression bands reach their lower levels in a year or two during the big retracement, can build a strong portfolio that will 2-10x. Usually like a 4 year cycle. And if i fail I know i would have wasted it all on alcohol or weed or takeout anyways lol. But i don't plan on losing a cent
Then as soon as I sellit off the moonboy hype near or at its absolute peak and it crashes back down and capitulates and stabilizes, I'll swoop it all back up PLUS more ADA with the profits i just made, then hold it until its on the level of Bitcoin or Ethereum or it doubles again rinse repeat

I was watching this guy on YouTube Benjamin Cowen i think it was? He had this tiny channel and would talk about his portfolio and the market and it gave me a lot of insight into how it all works and to be less emotional and fearful when things suddenly drop by like 10-40% over a couple days lol. Gave me insight into actual peak ranges when you have all these people out there screaming BITCOIN TO A MILLION lol. Other than that ive put a few hundred hours into this the past couple months to give myself the best possible shot and i still feel like im clueless and its entirely driven by speculation and fear
I think the safest portfolio with the lowest optimal risk to return ratio was something like 92% bitcoin and 8% ethereum. And the most dangerous one was like 80% ethereum 12% bitcoin and 8% alt coin
Right now im 30% cardano and 70% ethereum. You want to hedge against a possible failure of one or weak performance. If i didn't have cardano and i was all in with only ethereum at this moment id just be staring at everyone else making money for a couple weeks or months. I'll probably spend my stimulus on Chainlink if it drops a little more as a long term hedge kinda like how ADA was acting because its at about $27 and will probably return to 36 when bitcoin cools off. And im going to start adding some bitcoin too

Like ive been waiting to buy LINK at a good time but had no capital. I see it rising right now by A LOT because i mentioned it so of course itd go up when i have none 🤣😂 Im getting my stimmy check but if i just jump in now because im scared i think its going to keep going way up ill buy it at a shitty price and its likely about to correct itself back down. A lot of it is psychological. And usually the best tines to buy are at the most uncertain times when it looks like the bottom is going to drop out

Also the 1HR Relative Strength Index has been golden for me. Anything above 70 is overextending and at risk of being overbought so thats when you prepare to sell. You can see the price hit its peak recently at an overextended RSI near 85ish. Circled in red on RSI and at the price. If it drops under 30 thats a good time to buy. Circled in green on RSI and price
