Actually this "chicken and homestyle noodles" isn't too bad. It has a ton of salt and decent amounts of oil. 200 calories for a can i think the other progresso chicken noodles, like "classic chicken and noodles" or something is 140 calories a can. That extra teaspoon or two of fat and that extra salt makes a dramatic difference
