i enjoy cooking but working flat out in a hot kitchen for 12 hours sounds like the opposite of a dream job lol. good luck though.

You can always pick and choose when where and how you work.

It will be tough for a couple of years. I'm going for Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery, it's globally accredited.

Once I get accredited I have the option to start my own business, which I will. The possibilities are endless.
