That weirdo 45-50 year old dude who lives with his mom here who walks his cat around in the parking garage with like a 50 foot leash, who tried to flash on me for throwing a newspaper away that one night anyone remember him? He's moving a washing machine with one of these big carts they have here. I should report it lol any unscheduled move is a $500 fine. They're supposed to schedule it and only use the elevator with padding in it to protect the wood and have to use an insured moving company. It's ridiculous but that's the rules for anything big
The panel in that elevator got scuffed last week too i should say it's new and make him pay to have it replaced too lol
Nah i won't though. Way too petty that'd be bitch shit. Plus im pretty sure he'd full on REEEEE out and possibly murder me or go on a shooting spree he seems unstable wouldn't be surprised if he's in the news eventually
