i dunno about the boarshead though itseems like its pricier than other hummus yet they still add preservatives nad stuff might as well just buy sabra which is like 40% cheaper, but its still pretty good though i just rotate between whatevers on weekly special tbh fam

we got one of those keurig machines at work i probably drink like 3-4 green teas a night i stopped drinking the coffee though i just press my own because its way stronger

here i am talking shit about preservatives, yet my gums feel funny from that steak i ate

i swear man, i never noticed how terrible meat was till i went like 10 days without having meat in my diet, now whenever i eat meat that shit aggravates my gums. i first realized meat / specifically Nitrites mess with your gum tissue when i ate some beef jerky like 3 months ago and when i was flossing they felt all fucked up and sore. now ive been on it and see what it does
i need to start only eating meat like once a week and only buy it from a place like B&E meat and seafood or a place that gets it from local sources not this nitrited up meat in groceries to make it last longer

if it makes my gums sore wtf is it doing to my insides??! and heart?

The Bohr's Head I just picked up is GMO free and pretty good. Probably won't buy it again though.

My choices at the store down the street from work were Bohr's Head and Sabra, figured I would try some new shit.

and nah man i floss fucking every time i eat, im addicted to flossing it bugs the fuck out of me if i dont floss after i eat. my perio chart came back nothing but 1's and a couple 2's last time around and thyeve been good for a long ass time my gum tissue is ultra healthy, its not my oral hygeine its the shit they put in meat to make it shelf stable and stay bright red thats fucking with them i know it

i dont think i have the willpower or testicular fortitude to go full on vegan

possibly vegetarian if i slowly worked up to it, but even thats a pretty far long shot

ive gone practically my entire life eating meat once a day minimum, usually 3 times a day. its how i was raised, my grandparents were straight up dirt poor farmers from iowa, like great depression grapes of wrath type shit. its taken me probably 3 years just to be able to eat meals without having meat being the main focus of the meal breakfast / lunch / dinner and that took some drastic ass shit, straight up almost kicking the bucket and having my gallbladder removed to make me do that. but i appreciete and support vegan foods and they're making their way into the rotation because im starting to truly appreciate and support cleaner lower calorie foods
