Got a group of Chinese tourists that booked three rooms through a travel agency out there and that agency's credit card was declined so now they are all sitting in the lobby not knowing what is going on because they don't speak English and the agency isn't answering the phone. It was probably a scam and now these people are shit outta luck in a foreign country.
