It was incredibly easy to get it reversed, so easy. I just said something like "Hello! And how are you this fine evening? Well the reason I'm calling is i recently made a mistake and was overdrafted... and i was really hoping there'd be some way to reverse this fee?"

She did it within 10 seconds and thanked me for being a customer and seemed pretty cheerful
