Fired up the smoker today for some ribs, I did two racks with sauce and one Memphis style with just dry rub and a apple cider mop and then used the Texas crutch (butter,brown sugar and honey wrapped in foil) for the last hour. They came out super tender and were promptly devoured.

Nice!! i just picked up some wood chips today! going to smoke a couple racks this weekend!!
