I somehow pieced together that Shane McMahon vs Steve Blackman where he knocked him like 40 feet off the stage, with this, and was picturing Shane McMahon getting chokeslammed like 40 feet then getting electrocuted lol

See this is why wrestling died, the attitude era was insane you could see some crazy ass shit, then people just want more the next week it was never enough

i remember i wasnt really into wrestling at this point i think i was 19 or something, then my friend and his dad (RIP) convinced me to watch this payperview with them. i was actually like "what the fuck is this like a for real beef that they turned into a wrestling match? they're really punching each other and that dude has a for real concussion"

then later it looked like edge actually got seriously hurt

im about to re-watch it see if i just didn't buy into the hype and was seeing stuff that wasnt tehre

Yeah their shit was actually a real beef. Matt Hardy and Lita were together in real life for like 10 years and she cheated on dude with Edge. Matt Hardy got pissed off and blew up over the internet and got fired for it cause they didn't like him airing that shit out in real life.

They hired Matt Hardy back after the internet raged and crowds wouldn't stop chanting his name on their TV shows lol
