I'm still full from that eggplant parmesan but im going to make this cheese ziti anyway cause its so good

Shouldve got the chicken parmesan over the eggplant tbh it was pretty gross this time around. The eggplant all got stacked and frozen together like a block so it was all soggy and weird. But the chicken parmesan is like the tiniest little cutlet with a bunch of spaghetti noodles so i skipped it for more cheese and more sauce

I used to eat potatoes like every single day for several years.... My fave was fried hashbrowns with chunked up peppered bacon id kill an entire plate

Just like this, but usually with green bell pepper and onions and thick cut pepper bacon cut into little quarter inch pieces. I guess it's not "hash browns" i looked it up and its technically either "Country fried potatoes" or "Southern Fried potatoes"

Well I mean it's the same group that in the 1920s - 1940s was secretly (and sometimes not so secretly) supporting fascism throughout Europe which is something that they are still recovering from out there almost 100 years later so yeah I mean... not surprising?
