It's probably the main reason i was able to accomplish what i have, goddamn that was extremely douchey lol. But for real.... First couple weeks i ate a lot of low calorie tv dinners and snack bars and containers of fruit and stuff... scanning the upc was rewarding, if i had been trying to weigh grams of walnuts and having to look up nutritional info myself or something no way id have stuck to it and got in that groove
