Saute minced garlic in butter, make a roux, add half and half and pepper, mix in a chopped up wedge of brie, add frozen peas, add smoked salmon. Pour over farfalle with chopped tomato and lots of parm.

It's probably just the huge amount of butter they use, Buffalo sauce is like basically a simple cayenne hot sauce with butter i think
