I didn't realize the concierge was working out for real i knew he was getting into exercising but he's like for real working out
I made fun of his like 8 meals sitting in the fridge yesterday now i feel retarded cause he's deadlifting + squatting + bench easily over 1000 club, big numbers. And forcing himself to eat huge amounts just to stay at maintenance levels. I shouldve respected the grind
Apparently ive been motivating ppl around here to get healthier, i dont know how, i don't ever talk about calorie counting or harp on about any of that nonsense in real life
