ouch... accounting for breading and oil, theres less than 1/3rd lb of meat in a 3 pc, to guestimate based on the usda caloric values for Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, cooked, roasted. maybe even less than 1/4th lb. somewhere between 100-150g
