Me: Hey grandma.. I was going to get us something to eat and come over to visit for awhile. What would you like?

Me: It's your choice. There is a lot of different stuff to get in the area so tell me what you feel like and I'll find something good.
Grandma: I want a Big Mac.
Me: There are better burger spots just as close as McDs so I can get us some really good burgers from one of them.
Grandma: Do they have Bic Mac's though? No I didn't think so. I want a Big Mac and a small french fries.

I guess I'm eating crispy chicken ranch snack wraps and french fries today lol.
