its legal to possess up to an oz, not really supposed to smoke in public though and its easier to get a dui for weed now because they can draw your blood if they suspect youre high.

Private businesses are still allowed to drug test for it and not hire you if they like. They are privately owned so they can do what they like. We've had a law up here for years though that except certain jobs (like truckers for one) you can only be drug tested upon pre-hiring and then not going forward randomly.

government jobs nothings changed cause they cite federal law, for private employers though i think its at their discretion to test or not

I highly doubt the cops are going to be doing all that though for driving stoned.

And people have smoked outside downtown for years now. No one cares. A cop might tell you to put it out and that's about it most times.
