Olympia's always had a pretty great music scene for some odd reason. Lots of good bands/artists from there.

They were just getting started when I lived out there. My friend kyle is roomates with them in the outskirts somewhere. I guess they broke up. I like Black Cascade and 2 hunters, but the narration on the new one made it unlistenable to me

I've only heard Diadem of 12 Stars and Two Hunters which I enjoyed. I'll have to check out Black Cascade.

Ya it's weird for how small it is. One of the last apartments I lived in there the dude from Negativland and Macklemore both lived on the same floor as me. Most of the music from Olympia I respect, but am not really into. Some of the old K records stuff is kinda cool to me, but mostly for nostalgia reasone.
