ahh okay; well, i think the trainers would be more fitting then...they're pretty snug, since there's a strap, and i know the dt max (deion sanders) have an inner boot, so that definitely helps...but like icon breh said, you might not wanna run in trainers for distance run, i'd go with something in the free/lunar line that nike has put out
