I got a two year bundle for $99.99 + tax through Comcast. Comes with home phone, internet, a mid-grade tv package + Showtime & Starz and a DVR. I also got a $100.00 pre-paid Visa card after I paid my first three months.
I also call them when my net drops or my cable goes out (which doesn't happen often but does happen). Last month it happened for like 10 mins one night and like 5 minutes the next day with the cable. I called them and they were like "Oh yeah, sorry sir I'm showing they were doing work in your area yesterday night and today, it shouldn't happen again" and I told the chick "Well that's good to know but I pay good money for your services and would like to be compensated for the down time." A roughly five minute call and saying that saved me $40 on my next bill lol.
