Grabbed another pb cookie. That's 2 cookies 2 pieces of subway sammich and some chips, plus im about to eat a huge chicken breast when i get home. Today was an utter failure lol

Actually it's not bad at all. Apparently subway sammiches are ridiculously small and non-nourishing . I HAVE to eat that chicken breast though it's been in the fridge 3 days i don't want it to go bad. So that's probably like 600 calories. So basically i just won't make progress for today, but haven't stepped back.
Good thing im not going to give up, and i can look to you all for support
