It sounds like you don't like coffee. Caffeine is like $4 bucks for fifty 200mg tablets; two of those is the same as a huge starbucks coffee, enough to give you the caffeine jitters if you aren't use to it. Then you could drink a chocolate milk or chocolate milkshake with it for the 40g+ of sugar part of it
