Fuck man, had to deal with this shitty lock situation. This lady basically asked maintenance to fix her lock and they fucked it up so bad it wouldn't open anymore. These doors are solid as fuck, you can't batter them down and they're sealed airtight so you can't go under the door, with unpickable tumblers and a high security cassette. Locksmith took 2 hours to open it. He was shocked at how fucked it was lol. Lady was pissed.
