According to the charts my healthy weight should be 155-189 lbs, I'd be chizzled at 189 and tweaked out at 155, last time I lost weight I got down to 202 and was in good shape, I'm 5'11.
Yea 195 would be my chizzled weight. Which is still 15-20lbs to go... I'm 6'4 though, 20lbs should not be so bad.
