Im pretty sure the economic crisis has no effect on government grants. It makes more sense that a time like this individual will find it hard to obtain loans from financial institutions as they are having very tough times, which makes the free government grant a good and more viable option.

if it actually was a government aid site i would think the url would end in something like .gov or if it was a non-profit then .org or something not x.azjmp.com

Yes it's true you can get a government grant, they are very hard to get. And no, paying some website $80 for the application or whatever just means you're a sucker.............
