I dont know if this works but from what I have found on teh google you should be able to deflate your tire and the boot will slide off.

nah, 2,800 hundred a month was killing me just to rent. i cant lie though, definately the best place i lived as far as scenery. i used to wonder why fools from d.c. would be puff coated out when i was younger. now i know. the fog is no joke. the best weather though is in september/october.
