yup.....I was trying to get my multimedia messaging fixed yesterday and I figured "I'll just start with the internet since they're probably more tech-savvy then the people on the phone......oh how wrong I was.....I get this stupid ass bitch named amber who doesn't really read my question linking me to the wrong ass information after waiting hella fucking long to talk to her ass.....then I tell her that aint it so we go thru hella bullshit only to have her tell me almost an hour later that I gotta call customer service :ermm: so I get to wait on the phone for them to pick up and deal with one of the reps who can't help me for like 20 minutes, then I get transfered to tech support where I gotta wait for a rep then they figure out after hella fucking long that they can't help me either.....so now I got a "ticket" and someone will "look into it" and call me back :ermm:
