After checking out peoples answers to the top 10 movies thread I'm wondering what are some foreign flicks people like on here? Doesn't have to be a top 10 or anything.

Off the top of my head...

The Host (South Korean - Monster/Comedy/Drama)
Shaun of the Dead ( UK - Zombie/Romantic Comedy)
Hot Fuzz (UK - Police/Comedy)
Night Watch (Russian - Fantasy/Action/Thriller)
Pan's Labyrinth (Spain/Mexico - Fantasy/War)
Ichi the Killer Un-rated version ( Japan - Action/Gore/Ultraviolence)
Shaolin Soccer (China - Sports/Comedy)
Kung Fu Hustle (China - Kung Fu/Comedy)
City of God (Brazil - Drama/Drug)
A Clockwork Orange (UK - Sci-Fi/Fantasy)
Battle Royale (Japan - Ultraviolence/Thriller)
Suicide Club (Japan - Cult/Thriller)
Bus 174 (Brazil - Documentary)
Three Colours Triology: Blue, White, and Red (France - Drama/Mystery/Romance)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (England - Black Comedy)
Trainspotting (UK - Drama/Black Comedy/Drug)
Zatoichi: The Blind Swordsman (Japan - Samurai/Drama)

That is all I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch. I also purposely left out old school (60's,70's) Kung Fu flicks because I would be here all day listing those.

Fuck, and I just bought that a month or so ago. How in the fuck did I forget that? With you saying that it also reminded me to add...

Infernal Affairs (Japan - Crime/Thriller)

The sequel and prequel are worth watching too but the first one is a masterpiece.

Not really a good movie. some what ok.

''A cannibalistic family has been terrorizing the Black Forest of Germany for many, many years. Picking off random campers, tourists, sightseers, and swimmers alike, they have managed to cultivate a rumor that can only be described as legend. But when Michael, David, and Nina, Michael’s friend from the States, decide to go camping…it’s a whole different story! Attacked during the daytime, Michael is taken back to the family’s cabin and prepped for “processing”. Nina shows up and frees him, but not before being seen by the grotesque-looking cannibals. A final showdown occurs ranging from inside the cabin to way out in the woods with an ending that will leave you speechless!''
