I KNOW PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY SHIT LIKE THAT BUT AINT NUTHIN BUT TROUBLE IS U DONT KNOW ANYBODY THERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS OUT THERE, IF ANYTHING ALL THE NEIGHBORHOODS ARE STILL FUCKED UP FROM THE HURRICANE ATLEAST THE ONE AREA I GREW UP IN. GO TO THE RIVERWALK, AND GET ON THE FERRY TO ALGIERS PARRISH IS A NICE LIL AREA ACROSS THE RIVER BUT OTHER THAN THAT JUS KICK IT ON BURBON AND CANAL ST.

i used to live in mandeville louisiana. If theres graduation functions going on, theres BOUND to be a crawfish boil at someones house. They put corn, potatoes, shrimp, and crawfish in a spicy ass cajun concoction and let it boil for a while. It is the SHITTTTT

how cheap is hotels/motels in the hood? i mean not the worst part of baton rouge or new orleans, but what am i looking at for a week of shitty motel 6'n-etc it?

i really need to go, theres alot of historical shit i gotta get up on being part creole, i always wanted
to go there and when i found out katrina happened i was heartbroken, cuz i knew it would never be the same.
