Not taking anything away from the city or surrounding areas.(Oakland,Pittsburgh,Vallejo,san Jose,e.pa.,richmond)
But The Moe aka Fillmoe has to have the best rappers from one area:
San Quinn
Big Rich
Messy Marv
Willie Hen
Ya bOy
Champ Bailey
Dre Dogg
Seff Tha Gaffla
Slo-o
Telly mac........Those are som heavy hitters......sumbody show me a better lineup than that from one hood......not a city

^half of them cats is wack imo, maybe San Quin, Ya Boy, and Mess, but them the only niggas who stick out to me. No doubt tho, filmoe doin they thang but I wouldn't say they got the best rappers coz my favorite rapper(Yuk) is from the town..

lol what you talkin about i meant fillmoe is too big to be called a hood.. most of the rappers he listed are from different parts of fillmoe..

I used to go to school out there. San Francisco is a small ass city area wise and fillmore is a small area compared to most cities "hoods".
