O.K., this is about the third time that this has happened now and my wife is not liking it at all. I'll be dreaming of fighting/wrestling with someone and wake up either choking or throwing fists and hitting her. I woke up today to the sounds of my wife screaming and I open my eyes, I got her in a semi-chokehold, and she's acting like I'm trying to do this. my friend knew some dude that had to sleep with 2 alarm clocks, cuz when people tried to wake him up, he would start swinging at them. so when he woke up he would turn the alarm on his nightstand off, then another alarm across the room goes off so he actually has to get up and wake up to turn it off... one of his roomates friends didnt know this and he went to wake him up and he got swung on
i tend to sleep with my head about 2 feet away from the head board and with my feet hangin off the bed and one night i awoke to my husband with his hands around my neck hella tryin to pull me upwards or sumthin, he was asleep tho, it felt like he was tryna pull my fuckin head off or sumthin lol
the other day i went to my grampas house and his girlfriend had like a redish black eye thing and between her mouth and nose was all red and kinda cut and i was like wtf happened to ur ass, and she said my grampa hella sat up and bombed on her when he was alseep...he said he has war dreams..
i say be carful tho, you could maybe accidently kill her or sumthin, never know...you know

I hear you, but there is nothing making me miserable/angry/depressed at the time. I just think my body is reacting to what I'm doing in my sleep. Also, through out my life, I've been known to randomly wake up with food in my room (spilled over the bed/floor/half eaten, etc........) and I can't for the life of me remember waking up and getting anything. Not just snacks though, bowls of cereal, sandwiches, burritos with sour cream and cheese on them, all types of food. I know I sleepwalk, could this be sleepfighting????????

you need PROFESSIONAL HELP!!!!!! this can get ugly where you unintentionally injure your wife. I've heard stories where husbands kill their wives, in their sleep, and end up in prison for life. Ain't no joke if this is real situation. You need to seek help for this before it gets worser.
i had a few smacks across the face from my lady while we were both sleeping, but it didn't get too bad. It's only happened twice, but she never actually grabbed me by my neck or clothes and tried beating me up.
