I'm not sure they can be sued for this particular thing considering it was a police action. Depends on the laws in that particular state.
Well, I'm sure in most states you need something called "Proof" that they are selling/growing drugs to get a search warrant signed by a judge.

Getting a phone call from a neighbor sayin' they were growin' marijuana is "Hearsay"... and should have not been enough to raid their house.

When my old man's house got raided, cops said they watched traffic go in and out, which was a lie, but the only thing that got them a search warrant was a "Controlled Buy" that they conducted, that was all the "proof" they needed ... they never did retrieve the buy funds when they came in and ripped the fuckin' house to shreds, which I guess is pretty huge for my dad's case.

But yeah, cops can get away with pretty much anything these days so in the end it would probably be a waste of time for these poor people to sue.

That is some fucked up shit though...

And yeah, my old man was really shaken up too after the raid... poor old man.

The homeowner said he received only a minimal apology from police and federal agents.

"When I asked them about the door, they said, 'Sorry," Noel Llorente said. "When I asked them about my reputation, they said, 'Sorry.'"
AT LEAST THEY GOT THAT, HERE PIGS WOULD STILL BE TALKING SHIT.

FUCK THE BITCH ASS PIGS & THE GOVERNMENT THAT LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH MURDER AND BULLSHIT LIKE THIS
