federation video on tv

i was watchin tv at like 230am last night on channel 13 on regular cable ( 20 non cable) and they were playin a shit load of hip hop video... I think the program was called distortion2static or soemthign like that.. they played "hyphy" by the federation and they were playin livin legends.
