That is right I AM. the system to and secret to their monitoring system..

There was an old style prison system that they used in the past to control prisoners.. they have a watch man sit in the middle of the prison... with a sheet covering this watchtower.. he was surrrouned by cells that you could see into.. but the watch man could not watch everyone as ONCE.. so the fear of being caught doing something bad and not knowing if you were being watched or not.. was what made the prisoners stay in line.. So they had to get in their heads.. and make themselves feel trapped...
