I dont see how people let themselves get that fat I mean I used to weigh a lil over 260 lbs but I exercised & got down to 230 and still losing cause I know how dangerouly unhealthy it is to be that much overweight and since in my family diabetes is hereditary i know i gotta be careful just my 2 cents
