Fade haircuts with razor blade outline

Anyone know what its called when you get lined-up with a razor and the razor cuts across the hair about an inch away from the hairline? Some people get designs with the razor blade but i just want an outline around. Can't really describe it well, but does anyone know what its called?

My homeboy said its called a "double-line."
