man i saw the bbq places on travel channel couple weeks ago. they went to kc masterpiece, and i think the other place was called bryants. they looked on hit.. last week i went to memphis and ate at neelys bbq (same neelys from food network) the ribs came off the bone when you pick them up. but taste wise was nothing special. i was also in atlanta and ate at paschals.. best southern food ive had. got fried chicken,smothered chopped steak, collared greens, candied yams, and cornbread all piled on one plate. shit tasted like heaven.

Hell ya. They got Gates vs Arthur Bryants on travel channels new show called FOOD WARS too. A lot of people like memphis bbq but i cant fuck with it. I dont hold a candle to KC bbq or texas bbq IMO.
