Well, all the Universal artists are signed under different sublabels, and it seems like Tech is on Fontana from what Travis said, and Fontana seems like a label that just distributes smaller indy labels..

I'm not even sure how much of a push they'll give Tech. It also seems like they are more of a rock-oriented label, as well...

"Fontana’s mission is to be the premier independent music distribution company. A company where the artist comes first and the labels and their music get an unmatched level of passion and professionalism. We will strive to provide a quality of sales, marketing and backroom services that will exceed the expectations of both our label and retail partners"

You can't really see there roster that well from checking there site, though..

..

Okay, I've found some sort of roster.. It's on the tour page.

Just skimming through, I'm not sure if I see any rap, so yeah.

...my god. Just get over it. Be an adult and move on.

thats just my 2 cents
you know. regardless of whether you're going to buy the CD or not I'd have MAD respect for your choosing not to buy the CD.

It's like me with Wal-Mart. I go out of my way NOT to shop there, but sometimes they have something on sale that I need and my bank account is low enough that I don't feel to bad about buying from them.

Same would go with musicians and their labels. If I had beef with a label I'd steer clear from buying CD's from all but my absolute favorite artists. Tech falls under that category, so I'd probably buy it anyway..

Anyhoo...
