The Early years "Boomin' - Tongues" were Great...he's fallen off a little as of late especially those years he spent with those fuckin' clowns where his music seemed to take a hit (Contract obligations/ censorship I believe) but some here seem to really dig Repentence so who knows.
His best work was probably "Tongues" but my personal favorite is probably "Closed Casket".....and of course you can't go wrong with any of the Natas albums especially "Www.com" which showcased E's Production above all else.
Naw, hes not that talented. His rhymes are basic, flow is basic, punchlines are basic, and he says blasphemy every 4 seconds.
The only sick thing about him is his voice.
And you can't blame the fact that he sucks now on ICP. He sucks now cause he writes shitty songs.
