Why does the man keep relying on the insipid "funny voice" technique that was utilised to such poor effect on Encore? I'm definitely not against the tried and tested Shady formula of the "poppy first single", but it hasn't worked since the severely under-appreciated satire of D12's "My Band". I must confess that on first listen I kind of like certain things about "We Made You", but the whole time I'm thinking "Ass Like That" - and who needs that brought back up?
