i just got off the phone with my strange contact. aFter speAKing to tEch himself i was given the best music news of the entire year of 2013. i was informed that eminem and tech just finished up a track titled SNOMED. the concept is that of an interaction between the two mc's (guilty conscience?) but has a dark feel similar to techs collab with 3-6 mafia on DEMONS. (hence the name). from what i gathered the song is tech's track, featuring eminem. if i hear anything more i will update this post.

I never understood that, either, but I think it was who it was asking for our accounts, and not a standard of how they do things.

The way it was put to me was that who ever it was at that time that needed moderation powers didn't have a line to the Siccness staff, and thus asked me or Jed to see about getting a profile made moderator. If I remember correctly I was told there is a max of two per sub forum. I recall finding that odd because I thought there were a few subs with 3 but that was shut down. During that time I was becoming fed up with dealing with my local street team drama and constant changes of contacts / procedures from strange's promotional department, and side projects I had began working on believing they were sanctioned and official to find out they weren't later on, and feeling thrown under the bus repeatedly. The person that did all that didn't last with Strange but by that point I just felt DONE.

I almost completely turned over my account with the promise that they'd leave LDS on so that the community could have SOME control. Instead of just changing everything on my account they left all of the info the same and allowed me to use it when I wanted.

But after Zeros banning, completely falling out with my street team successor, Britton leaving Strange , tons of personal life trials, and just plain growing up I fell out of the loop. And so did the forum as it appears lol.

The TL;DR is Asmo got fed up and drifted away from Strange at the same time the community did similar.

Probably. But honestly, Strange picked up heavily on social media in the last year and a half, and that's when traffic really halted.

I honestly get my info from Facebook or their Youtube page, anyway.

Since our street team was basically axed and the shows stopped coming through, those contacts I had faded, and honestly I'm not that unhappy about it.

Asmo and I were going through the same shit with our teams, and it was a pain in the ass. The only person ever down to ride was Ant and his wife, but we just couldn't do enough.
