Eminem's probably the 2nd or 3rd best lyricist out right now (I really don't see how anyone if fuckin with Crooked I).
He's got all the ingredients, recognizable voice, innovative songs, he reaches the skaters, heavy metal kids, pop kids, bitches, back pack hip hop crowd. The only crowd that refuses to listen to his music are the inner city cats (with some exceptions). You never hear his shit in Harlem, BK, the bridge, down in South philly or up in North phi, DC or wherever it's rough. It just so happens that grinders and thugs don't buy albums anyway - they bootleg everything so Em is smart as shit for ignoring that market. It doesn't matter how corny he is because he'll always have white bitches like the main poster said buying 2 or 3 copies of the album and not even listening to it.
