I'd only take his ass for the league minimum tho..if raiders get him they need to cut zeroue and hambrick and share the load with wheatley and george and give fargas some action

A lot of it has to do with injuries and how the team throws the football. True, he's hasn't been playing like a typical off the line running back, but they toss the ball out to him a lot. We'll see this next year how he does with another team.

Hes had the co-mvp mcnair throwing the ball the last 3 years. So dont blame it on the passing game for his lack of running ability. His injuies= not a durable back

Exactly. McNair throws bombs down the field, doesn't rely on running.

I agree with Playboy. Eddie George is the most durable back in the game today. Check his consecutive starts! And I think that his 3 yards a carry average doesn't mean too much because he didn't run behind fullbacks while in Tennesse. Those 3 yards a carry used to wear defenses down in the playoffs. That = chewing up clock.

my pop warner coach used to say as long as you get 3 or 4 yards per carry thats all we need you get 3 yards on 3 downs is only 4th and 1 thats assuming that you never break one for more than 3 or pass

Your not a good runningback unless u avg 4 yards a carry, sorry this isnt popwarner this is the nfl, Eddie george isnt a durable back, if u make him carry the ball 20 plus times a game hes gonna break down by the end of the year, he has chronic back and foot problems, Mcnair carried george the last two years.

Don't you think you should tell Tuna and Jerry Jones that George is "washed out"? They don't know a solid player when they see one.

Well im not gonna lie george will prolly help dallas, but his not gonna be a star back, hopefully he can avg more than his pityfull 3.2 last year.

he didnt have good blockin but this year if he joins dallas they got a better o-line then titans. Id love 2 have him on my team cause he could help out da rookie jones. Those who think he aint a durable back what bout that game where he played wit a seperated shoulder & they ended up winnin that game george has heart & still has a couple of years left in him & titans pissed him off so he gonna go out & prove that tha titans made a mistake

^^^^i hope thats true im a big dallas fan, but unless Q Carter improves the passing game, oppsing D will just stack for the run since Dallas will have one of the best O lines this year
