Ebay & Half.com Contact Numbers

Can anybody please give me the phone numbers for Ebay and Half.com? I tried finding them on the websites yesterday but had no luck. Thanks.

They don't have any public customer service numbers whatsoever, they prefer to deal only through email communication.

Here's the number I use to contact eBay through telephone for certain issues: 1-866-515-3229. I'm not sure if other eBay users are able to access that number unless you are a Power Seller. Better yet if you cannot get a hold of them through that number, you are better off using their Live Chat feature and talk to them through instant messaging.
