53-year-old Mark McLeod has been charged by Los Angeles police for stalking 16-year-old Disney star Miley Cyrus. He went so far as to tell police he was secretly engaged to the TV actress and singer.

He was arrested on Tybee Island, near Savannah in Georgia. He was seen near the set of "The Last Song", a film Cyrus is set to star in. He will be charged with criminal attempted stalking.
