i was just out on in NYC and low and behold what do i see on one the shelf of the sidewalk vendors that sell mix tapes and cds in a 3 x 2 stall ...

B-legit!! that album where he's wearin a giants jersey and squating..

and to top things off, at two different clubs they were playing keisha cole, digital underground, i got 5 on it and a whole bunch of early-mid 90's LA tracks....

we actualy do get SOME kind of airplay in the east, which is something that i thought never happened..

You said it best. Outside of CALI most fools hate CALI. TRUST ME!!! The only play the BAY is getting here in NYC is from my little old stereo outside of that ; ain't nobody heard our shit nor are they interested. Matter a fact I'm always playing BAY shit and fools from NY be loving it......up until they ask me where is HE/THEY from? As soon as I say CALI....here comes - that's shits wack, dem niggas sound like haters etc... Outside of the WEST I'd say a good 90% fools don't like CALI.

Hell, I'm really starting to believe fools have started some type of ANTI-CALI thang....it's like everybody cool and get along but CALI catchs the cold shoulder.
