Jive Records / Sick Wid It Records 2002

1.Why They Don't Fuck Wit Us? 4:06
Produced By Rick Rock

*Nice cut to start the cd off Rick Rock brings his usual slumps to this beat 40 slaps the taste out the mouth of the late bloomers who aint up on his slanguage. 7.5-10

2.The Slap 4:03
Produced By Rick Rock

*Nice switch up from the first cut it has a universal feel most definitely to where west/south/and the most easty of heads can feel the beat. 40 spittin heat again, prepare to hear THE SLAP bein used on m-t-v in a couple weeks lol. 7.5-10

3.Automatic ft Fabolous 4:42
Produced By Rick Rock

*Everybody has heard this by now, at first I didn't like this cut but it grew on me alot and I think it's a coo cut. 7-10

4.Rep Yo City ft Petey Pablo, Eightball, Bun B of UGK, Lil Jon 5:13
Produced By Lil Jon

*This shit is hard as hell, this is like pastor troy's vice versa, petey pablo's raise up and all them other anthem cuts rolled into 1. 40 holds his own on this cut speedin up the flow and slowin down, eightball comes cool also, but by far Bun B shits all over this one, if u ever feel the need to just whoop ah punk muhfuckas ass, depart to the bucket momentarily play 40 seconds of this and return to the scene haha. 10-10

5.It's All Gravity 4:20
Produced By Rick Rock

*40 definitely rips this shit up, the beat is similar to "why they dont fuck wit us" until the hook then dude who be blowin takes it to another level. This is a vintage 40 cut it's that stupid slurred up slanguage infested salt water garglin flow. 9-10

6.7 Much ft Kokane 3:27
Produced By Sam Bostic & Mike Mosley

*Oh boy, this right here is pimparific, Kokane rips the chorus and 40 brings ignorant heat on this one, the flows is so raw but by far the tightest shit to me is 40 actin a foo in the chorus wit kokane goin.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ooooohh ahhhhhhhh haha that shit be havin me rollin and who DOESNT know somebody who be doin 7 much? HOOD RAT HOOD RAT HOOCHIE MAMA. 10-10

7.Mustard & Mayonnaise (Intro) 0:58
Produced By Smash

8.Mustard & Mayonnaise 3:47
Produced By Smash

*I'm luvin the beat on this one, and this right here is gonna be vibratin your street corner this summer fa sheeze, aint nuttin but colla poppin flow goin on right here, plainly speakin it's just that bay game. MUSTARD & MAYOOOOOONAAAIIIIISEEE. 10-10

9.My Cup ft Suga-T 3:46
Produced By Mike Dean

*This beat is reminiscent of some ol 40 shit, I aint feelin Suga-t's verse or the chorus it's kinda basic. Most artists would be satisfied with this as they best cut and this is one of the weaker cuts (still gets a 7).7-10

10.Whomp Whomp ft Keak Da Sneak & Harm 3:51
Produced By Tone Capone

*OH BOY, strong contributions all around, from Keak to Harm to Tone they all laced 40 right and then 40 brought it. They been playin this on the radio hopefully it wasnt politics just cuz he was droppin, this cut need to be on the radio twice as many times as ja rule shit. 10-10

11.Lifestyles 3:58
Produced By Steve Vicious

*AHHHHHHHHHHH this is my shit right here, dunno who homie is who did the beat but this is heavily sedated mobb shit, every line is sick as fuck. "THIS IS THE LIFESTYLE THAT I CHOOSE"!!!! SPRAY MYSELF WITH SUCKA REPELANT AND SHAKE HATAS lol man this is a instant classic in my book. EYES RED LIKE A BROAD ON HER RAG.
10-10

12.Til The Dawn ft Bosko & Suga Free 4:38
Produced By Bosko

*I guess thats Bosko on the hook, (not the voicebox) well whoever it is is blowin somethin nasty this shit is pimp fa sho. Nice laid back cut then suga free comes in with his comedy, that foo like the chris tucker of rap with them lines GOODY GOODY lol.
9.5-10

13.End Of The World 4:47
Produced By Rick Rock

*This beat is mobb shit uncut n raw no doubt, 40 brings it on this cut just me personally I aint feelin the chorus, tho this shit will be in your head and you cant get it out AHHHHHH. 8-10

14.It's A Mans Game 3:41
Produced By Rick Rock

*Pac Man beat, I ain't feelin this beat much at all but 40 spits so hard it's still a must listen, my least fav cut on the cd. 7-10

15.Pimps Hustlas (Intro ft James Stomp Down Bailey) 1:06
Produced By Tone Capone

16.Pimps Hustlas ft Levitti 4:00
Produced By Tone Capone

*Levitti comin off like Marvin Gaye in his prime or some shit PIIIIIIIIIIMPS HUSSSSSSSSSALAAAAHS, this is like 1 luv 2002 everything on this cut is a-1, the beat the flow the chorus all of it. Tone Capone need to be blowin up like Rick Rock he long overdue. 10-10

17.Fallin Rain 3:47
Produced By Rick Rock

*Nice change of pace right here for Rick Rock, he brings like a east coast beat on this and 40 shows his versatility as well as opens up and tells people his story. Always nice to hear 40 tell the tale bout rags to riches.

18.Roll On ft B-Legit & Afro Man 5:34
Produced By Afro Man

*Hahaha 3 savs gettin real illiterate on a cut, I aint even know Afro Man produced a solid cut to finish the cd wit. 8-10

Overall I give the cd a 9 out of 10. Ain't to many cds that have double digit knockers and this cd never falls off it's a consistent knock, no song is a skip, some songs is better then others but thats to be expected. I also wouldn't take my time to review to many cd's but man the bay needs to smell the decafinated and go copp this cd, support the bay music or else stop askin stupid ass questions like why dont we blow and why we dont get no love. 40 shows what a little effort and dedication and hunger can do, even as a vet u can see he still got it in em.

Im not a big 40 fan but this cd was pretty good 7/10. I was really feeling some tracks like Automatic, Rep Yo City, Slaps, Fallin Rain and Whomp Whomp and My Cup, some other tracks were lackin though. Rick Rock DID a consistently good job on the production. The only thing the album was missing was a few more bay appearences like Quinn or Fully Loaded who would sound great on a track like Slaps or Whomp Whomp.

at least quinn's dad made it on the album, haha...

nice review cane - the only track i'd strongly disagree with you on is "lifestyles" - that beat is boring to me. tight ass album though, i give it an 8.5

i think its better then his last couple but its not close 2 In a Major Way but thats a Bay classic so it would be hard 2 out do. It is a sumthin that could bring major focus back 2 tha bay especially with that solid single "Automatic Systematic" It gots a lot of slappin ass tracks and as a big tyme 40 fan I am pleased with hiz work. 10/10
